The battery manufacturing process begins with a paste made of cathode and anode materials consisting of metal oxides or graphite.

Add an adhesive and apply the paste to the metal foil.

Feed the copper and aluminum coils into the coater to secure the paste to the foil.

The sheet is then calendered or made into a uniform thickness, and then sent out through the dryer.

Wait for the drying to be completed, cut the sheet into a certain size, add electrolyte and seal the package.
